Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Guest Service Associate (F&B). The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to guests in the Food & Beverage department. Responsibilities include attending to guest inquiries, managing reservations, ensuring an excellent dining experience, addressing guest requests, and collaborating with other team members to maintain service standards and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service
- Experience handling Reservations and managing guest inquiries
- Excellent Communication skills, with a focus on verbal and interpersonal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry is a plus
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
