We’re looking for a Guest Service Associate to join our growing team — someone who loves people, has an eye for detail, and can make every guest feel seen, heard, and cared for.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience from start to finish
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and product knowledge (yes, you’ll get to taste and learn everything!)
- Coordinate with kitchen and retail teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and the overall vibe of the café
- Support special events, community experiences, and seasonal launches
Who You Are
- You love great food, good energy, and meaningful conversations
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospitality, café service, or retail will be a plus—but passion and the right attitude matter more
