Role Description This full-time, on-site Guest Service Associate role is based in Hyderabad. The Guest Service Associate will welcome and assist guests, provide information about showtimes, ticketing, and promotions, and ensure a smooth and pleasant cinema experience. Responsibilities include handling ticketing and reservations, managing queues, resolving guest queries and concerns, and guiding guests within the premises. The role also involves coordinating with box office, F&B, and operations teams to maintain service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols. The Guest Service Associate will be expected to handle cash or digital transactions accurately, follow company policies, and represent the brand in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiences.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, including handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints calmly and efficiently.
- Experience with Reservations or ticketing processes, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or retail environments.
- Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per cinema schedules.
- Professional, approachable demeanor and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems; prior experience in cinema or hospitality is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.
