Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping role based in Hyderabad. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming rooms and public spaces. Responsibilities include adhering to cleaning standards, managing guest requests promptly and professionally, performing thorough room inspections, and maintaining inventory and supplies to guarantee seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Services and delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Experience in managing Guest Service requests and handling Reservations
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to providing top-notch service
