Guest Relations Supervisor – HOSTIE

Role Overview
As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be the face of Hostie’s experience on-ground, ensuring every guest interaction reflects warmth, precision, and premium service.
You will not just manage guests — you will own the entire experience lifecycle, from arrival to departure, while maintaining property standards, vendor coordination, and SOP excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience Management
- Ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs
- Deliver personalized guest interactions and quick resolution of concerns
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests proactively
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and review scores
2. Reservations & Coordination
- Manage and monitor booking flow and reservations
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and operations teams
- Ensure accurate communication across departments
3. Property Management & Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day property operations
- Coordinate with vendors (AC, plumbing, electrical, housekeeping, etc.)
- Ensure quick resolution of maintenance issues
- Maintain readiness for guest arrivals at all times
4. Quality Control & Audits
- Conduct regular property audits and inspections
- Ensure Hostie standards (linen, amenities, fragrance, cleanliness) are maintained
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Maintain audit reports and track improvements
5. SOP Implementation & Improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to Hostie SOPs
- Train staff on SOP execution
- Continuously upgrade processes based on guest feedback and operational learnings
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors and property owners
- Ensure timely service delivery and cost efficiency
- Negotiate and maintain service quality standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience in Guest Relations / Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with reservations and front office operations
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
- Ability to manage multiple properties / tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business / related field
- Prior experience in hospitality, boutique stays, hotels, or serviced apartments
