FIENO, the new Italian restaurant by Churchgate Hospitality in Colaba, Mumbai, is designed as a refined, ingredient‑forward dining experience inspired by modern Italian sensibilities. We are looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor who can shape the guest journey with warmth, precision, and effortless hospitality.
Role OverviewThe Guest Relations Supervisor, will be the face of FIENO—managing reservations, welcoming guests, coordinating seating, and ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless and personal. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a gracious presence, and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full reservation cycle: calls, online bookings, confirmations, waitlists, and special requests.
- Welcome guests warmly at arrival, ensuring smooth check‑in and escorting them to their tables.
- Oversee walk‑ins, table allocations, and guest flow during peak hours.
- Maintain a polished, attentive presence at the entrance and on the floor throughout service.
- Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager and service team for VIP handling, celebrations, and special occasions.
- Track guest preferences, feedback, and repeat‑guest notes to build long-term relationships.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication across all guest interactions—phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Support departure experience with a warm farewell, feedback capture, and next‑visit encouragement.
- Maintain lobby and entrance aesthetics, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Handle guest concerns with maturity, empathy, and timely resolution.
Candidate Profile- Experience in premium standalone restaurants or 5‑star hotels in guest relations, hostessing, or front‑of‑house leadership.
- Strong communication skills with a polished, confident, and warm demeanor.
- Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining composure and grace.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and guest‑management tools.
- A natural host with a passion for hospitality, guest delight, and detail‑oriented service.
