Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing customer interactions and resolving issues promptly. This role involves building strong relationships with guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with staff to provide seamless service, implementing effective training programs, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The Guest Relations Manager will be the face of the restaurant and a key driver of guest loyalty and positive reputation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guest Relations, with the ability to build lasting relationships and address concerns professionally
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively engage with guests and team members
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Experience in conducting team Training to uphold service standards and enhance the guest experience
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team and coordinate seamlessly with other departments
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to guest needs
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
