Role Description The Guest Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at BAGO Retreats in Kollam. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Day-to-day tasks include responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams, and overseeing special requests for weddings and events. The Guest Relations Manager will maintain guest records, collect feedback, support service quality initiatives, and train team members to deliver consistent, courteous, and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive and memorable guest experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction in a hospitality environment.
- Candidates should possess Training experience or the ability to coach and guide team members to uphold service standards.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or event-focused properties (destination weddings preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by guest needs and events.
- Proficiency in basic office and property management systems; additional language skills are an advantage.
