Role Description
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring a superior customer experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing client queries, offering exceptional customer service, and assisting clients throughout their journey. You will also manage reception duties and support sales-related interactions with professionalism and courtesy. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service to ensure a welcoming and positive client experience
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and the ability to build relationships and provide client-focused solutions
- Ability to manage Receptionist Duties, including handling appointments, phone calls, and inquiries
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and a customer-centric mindset
- Prior experience in real estate or a similar field is an advantage
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
