Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Executive role located in Pune District. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through personalized interaction, addressing queries, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling inquiries, providing support, assisting with sales processes, and ensuring seamless communication between various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to foster excellent client satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Capability in Sales to assist customers and promote services effectively
- Experience performing Receptionist Duties including handling inquiries and maintaining records
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Proficiency in office tools and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in hospitality or real estate will be considered a strong advantage
