Role Overview
The GRE (Guest Relationship Executive) will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our project site and corporate office. The role requires a professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented individual who can ensure a warm welcome and smooth coordination between customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, channel partners, and visitors.
- Maintain visitor register and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer meetings and site visits.
- Ensure proper allocation of sales executives to walk-in leads.
- Maintain hospitality standards at site office (refreshments, seating area, ambiance).
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Support CRM / Pre-Sales team with lead coordination.
- Assist during project launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure professional grooming and brand representation at all times.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, guest relations, hospitality, or real estate site office.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and coordination tools.
- Customer-first attitude with a professional approach.
