ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sourcing Manager (GRE) is the engine behind The Amaryllis sales machine, demanding a relentless work ethic, sharp database-building skills, and the ability to communicate and convince brokers to bring in customers. You will identify, develop, and activate broker and customer databases in your designated territory, and drive them to meet the Sales Team Lead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting Coordination
• Secure confirmed appointments for brokers and customers to meet your Sales Team Lead, and follow up on said appointments and visits.
• Brief the Team Lead in advance on the profile, needs, and background of each incoming meeting.
• Coordinate logistics, site visit slots, transport arrangements, and experience center scheduling
• Follow up post-meeting to maintain momentum and push the prospect further down the funnel.
• Maintain a live, up-to-date database of all calls, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes
• Maintain and ensure that all brokers are properly empaneled and tagged to the correct customers and buyers.
