Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining strong relationships with walk-in and existing clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and coordination with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and attend walk-in clients at the site office or sales office in a professional manner.
· Understand customer requirements and guide them with relevant project information.
· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling and follow-ups.
· Maintain and update visitor records, client databases, and inquiry details.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
· Assist in organizing site visits, meetings, and client presentations.
· Support in post-sales coordination and customer engagement activities.
· Maintain front office decorum and ensure a pleasant ambiance for visitors.
· Coordinate with CRM team for data management and reporting.
Required Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field (Hospitality/Management preferred).
· Candidates from hospitality background are preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.
· Presentable personality with a professional approach.
· Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office.
