Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing interactions with guests to ensure a positive and welcoming experience. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing reception duties, coordinating with different teams to address guest needs, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications

- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional experiences for all guests.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Receptionist Duties expertise, including welcoming guests, managing appointments, and handling front-desk operations.
- Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and assist in achieving organizational goals.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred.
