Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing front-desk and reception activities, and ensuring a smooth and respectful experience for all visitors. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries in person and over the phone, guiding guests through registration and appointment processes, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role also involves addressing guest concerns, explaining available services and screening programs, supporting basic sales and service promotion activities, and upholding NURA’s standards for professional, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, supportive experience for all visitors.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests, clinical staff, and administrative teams.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties skills, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing check-in/check-out, and maintaining front-desk records.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to explain services, support bookings, and promote screening packages in a consultative and ethical manner.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in healthcare or hospitality, proficiency with basic computer and scheduling systems, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and fluency in English and local languages.
