Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive based in Kozhikode. The Guest Relations Executive will provide exceptional guest relations and customer service, act as the primary point of contact for patients, manage inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the visit. Responsibilities include performing receptionist duties, addressing customer needs, collaborating with teams to facilitate solutions, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance patient engagement and service uptake.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Guest Relations and providing quality customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Proficiency in Sales and managing client interactions
- Ability to perform receptionist duties, including managing appointments and handling inquiries
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach
- Prior experience in a healthcare or service-related field is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or similar is a plus
