Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Executive will handle day-to-day guest interactions, provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with clients, manage inquiries, and support reception and front desk operations. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with sales and addressing customer needs to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to manage Receptionist Duties efficiently
- Basic understanding of Sales and client engagement
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles is advantageous
