Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout their visit. Day-to-day tasks include handling guest inquiries and feedback, coordinating with reception and other hotel or restaurant departments, and supporting reservation and booking activities. The Guest Relations Executive will also assist with upselling services, managing guest complaints professionally, and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions. The role requires consistent adherence to service standards, a courteous demeanor, and proactive support of overall guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, professional guest experiences.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as front desk operations, managing check-in/check-out, and handling reservations.
- Basic Sales skills, including upselling services and promoting special offers in a courteous and ethical manner.
- Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants is preferred, especially in guest-facing roles.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
