Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at our Bengaluru office. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with inquiries. The role also includes receptionist duties such as managing front-desk activities, coordinating appointments, and providing a welcoming environment for visitors and stakeholders. You will actively contribute to client satisfaction and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence in service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Guest Relations and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties such as call handling, appointment scheduling, and front-office tasks.
- Basic understanding of Sales principles to provide support and information to potential customers when required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities effectively, and maintain a courteous demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the real estate, hospitality, or customer-facing industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
