Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Executive role based in Dwarka. The Guest Relations Executive will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and handle reception desk responsibilities, including answering queries and directing guests to relevant services. The role involves ensuring a smooth guest experience, addressing concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams for special requests, and promoting resort services and offerings. The Guest Relations Executive will also support sales initiatives by sharing information on memberships, packages, and experiences, and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions. The position requires adherence to company service standards and a strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Basic Sales abilities to promote memberships, packages, and resort experiences in a consultative manner.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties such as managing front desk operations, handling reservations, and maintaining guest records.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality operations preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dwarka, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Proficiency in English and local languages; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is desirable.
- Professional appearance, courteous behavior, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
