Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at Lords Hotels & Resorts, located in Dwarka. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming guests, addressing queries, managing feedback, and ensuring an enjoyable stay. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, handling receptionist duties, and promoting hotel services to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service with a focus on creating excellent guest experiences
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse guests and team members
- Competence in Sales to promote hotel services and maintain high occupancy rates
- Experience in handling Receptionist Duties, including booking, check-in/check-out processes, and managing guest inquiries
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
