Guest Relations Executive
Location: Mussoorie , Uttarakhand
Experience: Minimum - 6 Months

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
- Deliver exceptional guest service throughout their stay.
- Resolve guest queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams for seamless daily operations.
- Organize and engage guests in social events and community activities.
- Manage room allocations, bookings, and basic administrative tasks.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and social environment for all guests.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, confident, and presentable personality.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and interacting with people from diverse cultures.
