Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will manage day-to-day activities such as welcoming and assisting guests, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries. The role also includes sales-related tasks and periodic receptionist duties, ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors and residents. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the high standards of Golf Island Residences.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure outstanding visitor satisfaction and experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and manage inquiries effectively.
- Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties to support operational and administrative responsibilities.
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle guest requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant management systems and basic computer skills is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
