Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Guest Relations Executive for our Bengaluru North location. This on-site role includes welcoming and assisting guests, managing reception and front-desk duties, and addressing inquiries to ensure a superior client experience. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, supporting sales efforts by effectively communicating information to potential clients, maintaining visitor records, and ensuring a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Receptionist Duties to manage visitor interactions and maintain a professional front desk environment.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to support Sales efforts by engaging potential clients and providing information about services.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a guest relations or similar role is preferred.
