Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive. The position is based in Bengaluru and involves managing daily interactions with guests to provide exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, managing reservations, greeting and assisting patrons, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. The Guest Relations Executive will also assist in promoting services and be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable visit.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to address guests' needs promptly and professionally
- Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse patrons and colleagues
- Experience with Sales processes and promoting services to enhance guest engagement
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including reservations management and front-desk operations
- Positive attitude, multitasking abilities, and a customer-centered approach
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields
