Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kollam for a Guest Relations Executive. The role involves managing guest interactions, providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant stay, and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. The responsibilities include assisting with check-ins and check-outs, facilitating smooth communication between guests and staff, and promoting resort services. Additionally, the Guest Relations Executive will support sales efforts by identifying guest needs and offering tailored recommendations.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to address guest inquiries and resolve matters effectively
- Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to promote resort services and facilities
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including check-in, check-out, and managing front desk operations
- Friendly demeanor, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest relations is advantageous
- Proficiency in English, and any additional language skills are a bonus
