Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and energetic Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by handling guest interactions, addressing queries, managing feedback, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to build strong guest relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure smooth guest handling and maintain a positive customer experience
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely guest service
- Maintain guest records and follow-up communications
- Assist in reservation handling and guest coordination when required
- Promote hospitality standards and enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain proper grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct
- Support front office and operational activities as needed
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all guests
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Presentable personality with professional etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and operational coordination
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or customer service will be an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
