Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Surat is for a Guest Relations and Administrator. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, managing customer experiences, and supporting club operations. The role also includes administrative tasks such as maintaining records and ensuring smooth daily functioning of the facility.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-oriented skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of engagement
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with members and staff
- Organizational and administrative skills to manage day-to-day operations
- Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Knowledge or passion for fitness, health, or sports is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping
