Profile Summary: A Guest Relations Executive (GRE) role in real estate is a crucial, client-facing position. You serve as the face of the company, setting the first impression for potential buyers, investors, and visitors while managing day-to-day administrative and front-office operations
Key Responsibilities
- Client Welcoming & Hospitality: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and walk-in customers with a professional and warm demeanor.
- Project Information: Assist visitors by providing basic details about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, brochures, and show flat walk-throughs.
- Lead & Guest Management: Maintain visitor logs, update enquiry logs, and enter lead details into the company's CRM.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate site visits and schedule client meetings for the sales and site teams.
- Front Office Operations: Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence, ensuring the reception and waiting areas are neat and presentable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and local languages like Marathi).
- Customer Service: A strong customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience operating CRM software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional etiquette, grooming, and the ability to handle client complaints politely.
