Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rameswaram for a Guest Relation Executive in the Front Office department. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out services, providing personalized assistance, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, assisting with concierge services, and promoting the hotel's offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and delivering exceptional Customer Service experiences
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in Receptionist Duties such as managing check-ins, check-outs, and handling front desk operations
- Basic Sales knowledge to promote hotel services and upsell offerings
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a hospitable demeanor
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
