About the Role
PVR INOX is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain premium hospitality standards at our cinema property.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and professional guest service
- Handle guest queries, concerns, and escalations effectively
- Coordinate with Operations, Box Office, and F&B teams for seamless service delivery
- Ensure grooming, presentation, and service standards are maintained
- Support team training on guest interaction and hospitality standards
- Assist in staffing plans and duty roster coordination
- Prepare sales and performance reports
- Maintain operational accountability for Box Office and Candy operations
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Escort and assist premium guests whenever required
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Hotel Management Graduate preferred
- Candidates from hospitality backgrounds will be given preference
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Retail, Cinema, Hotel, Aviation, or Guest Relations roles
Required Skills
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Strong customer handling & PR skills
✔ Confident and outgoing personality
✔ Knowledge of hospitality and service standards
✔ Basic MS Office knowledge
✔ Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends
