Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive located in Bengaluru. As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, overseeing receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist in addressing patient or guest queries, ensuring their satisfaction, and handling coordination with internal teams. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales and promotional efforts as needed to elevate the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and front-desk management
- Ability to contribute to Sales efforts through effective client interaction and service support
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; hospitality or healthcare background preferred
