Chandras' Green Project Limited operates P. C. Chandra Garden, one of Kolkata's leading hospitality venues, featuring multiple open-air and covered banquets for social events (marriages, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) and corporate events (get-togethers, exhibitions, musical events, etc.).
Position : Guest Relations Executive
Eligibility :
- Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management or Event Management
- Experience: 1- 3 years
Preferred industry :
- Hotels (F&B Service, Banquets, Sales)
- Hospitality
- Event Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate enquiries and market banquet facilities at P. C. Chandra Garden.
- Handle event booking enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Manage the complete booking and payment process.
- Coordinate with vendors to finalize and execute event decorations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing quality facilities, amenities, and services during events.
- Be available for day/night duty during events, including night stay whenever required, to ensure smooth execution. Night Stay Allowance will be paid whenever applicable.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Superior Officers or the Board of Directors from time to time.
Compensation :
CTC: (Fixed Salary + Incentives)
₹4.20 LPA – ₹4.80 LPA
