Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relation Executive role located in Jaipur. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing inquiries, handling bookings, and assisting guests throughout their visit to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience. The role also involves coordinating with the spa team, promoting services and products, and maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Experience in Sales and promoting spa services and products to clients
- Receptionist Duties, including managing appointments, answering inquiries, and handling administrative tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic spa environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or wellness is an advantage
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and appointment management systems
