Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive located in Chennai. The Guest Relation Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience at the NURA center. Responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, facilitating guest check-ins, handling receptionist tasks, and promoting appropriate services to clients as required.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guest Relations and Receptionist Duties
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build positive client interactions
- Experience in or ability to engage in Sales activities related to healthcare offerings
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and appointment management tools
- Prior experience in a hospitality, healthcare, or customer-facing role is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Communication, or related field is preferred
