Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive, based in Kozhikode. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Handling guest concerns, coordinating appointments, and effectively communicating the benefits of health screenings are core aspects of this role. Additionally, the executive will support sales efforts through service promotion and guide clients through their screening journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Receptionist Duties
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales acumen with an ability to promote services effectively
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an on-site, client-facing role
- Previous experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
