We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to create memorable experiences for our guests and uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Handle guest queries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain strong guest relationships to enhance repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining restaurant ambiance and hospitality standards.
- Support promotional events, celebrations, and special occasions within the restaurant.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hospitality etiquette and reservation systems is an advantage.

Experience
- 1–3 years preferred in hospitality/restaurants.
Qualification
