Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing guest interactions, and ensuring a smooth and premium experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
- Manage guest entry, reservations, and guest lists efficiently
- Coordinate with the front office, service, and security teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest queries, concerns, and special requests promptly
- Maintain a high level of hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Assist in managing peak-hour crowd flow and seating arrangements
- Build rapport with regular guests and enhance guest retention
Requirements:
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, approachable, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments, especially during peak hours and events
- Prior experience in hospitality, nightlife, or guest relations is preferred
