Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and escalate when required
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain records of guest preferences and special requests
- Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to improve service quality
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and upgrades (upselling opportunities)
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards
