Role Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Guest Relations Executive, a customer-facing role responsible for welcoming prospective buyers, guiding property tours, ensuring smooth visits, timely information, and high standards of hospitality while coordinating with the sales team and CRM team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers with a pleasing personality and conduct guided property tours.
- Assist clients in completing all initial forms and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Schedule and confirm appointments between clients, the sales team, and the CRM team.
- Update customer files with required paperwork and maintain hard copy filing for each customer.
- Conduct outbound telecalling to invite prospective clients for property visits, confirm appointments, and log responses in the CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple customer files, and maintain accurate records.
- Professional appearance, pleasant, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with sales and CRM teams.
