Job Title: Guest Relation Associate
Location: Katra , Jammu & Kashmir
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executives to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality and excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests and ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist guests with queries and provide appropriate support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for guests
- Achieve performance targets to earn incentives
Requirements:
- Hospitality / Hotel Management background preferred
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: 17k - 21k
