Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Guest Relation Associate. The Guest Relation Associate will be responsible for extending a warm welcome to all guests, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to fulfill guest needs and maintain the highest standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Services and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality and professional experience for all guests
- Experience in managing Reservations and handling related systems efficiently
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to address and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional hospitality or customer service training is preferred
