Josh Talks is one of India’s most influential storytelling platforms, reaching millions of young Indians across languages and formats.
We are building a women-focused podcast led by Supriya Paul (Co-founder, Josh Talks) a platform for honest, powerful conversations with women shaping culture, business, and society in India.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of guests, content, and community.
You will be responsible for:
- Bringing in exceptional voices for the podcast
- Creating a premium guest experience
- Building a strong, engaged community around the conversations
This is not just about booking guests.
It’s about building a platform people want to be part of.
What You’ll Do
1. Guest Curation & Outreach (Core)
- Identify and onboard high-quality guests (women) across founders, creators, leaders, professionals, and cultural voices
- Own the full pipeline: who → why → outreach → conversion → experience
- Bring in both credible names and undiscovered, high-potential voices
2. Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Build relationships with:
- PR agencies
- Celebrity & talent management firms
- Creator networks
- Position the podcast as a high-trust platform for meaningful storytelling
- Create a consistent pipeline of guests through partnerships
3. Guest Experience
- Design a best-in-class experience for guests:
- From first interaction to post-podcast engagement
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling:
- Heard
- Respected
- Excited to share the conversation
4. Content & Format Development
- Work closely with Supriya and the content team to:
- Shape themes and arcs
- Identify emerging narratives around women in India
- Contribute to new formats:
- Thematic series
- Live conversations
- Special episodes
5. Community Building & Audience Engagement
- Build and nurture a women-first audience community
- Design and execute:
- Intimate events
- Live recordings
- Audience interaction formats
- Move the audience from viewers → participants → advocates
Who This Role Is For
- Someone who can build relationships and open doors
- Someone with strong instinct for who makes for a powerful conversation

- Creating meaningful audience experiences
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in:
- PR / talent management / media partnerships / creator ecosystem
- Podcast, content, or media roles
- Community or events
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High ownership and execution ability
- Strong taste and judgment
