About the Initiative

We are building a premium Commerce learning experience for 11th standard students by introducing them to some of the finest academic and industry minds.

Our vision is simple:

to expose students early to IIM-level thinking, clarity, and real-world application through engaging guest masterclasses in Accounts and Statistics.

Role Overview

We are inviting IIM Alumni and Current / Former IIM Faculty to conduct high-impact guest masterclasses for Grade 11 Commerce students.

This is not a full-time teaching role. It is a select, premium guest faculty engagement designed to inspire students, strengthen conceptual understanding, and bring a fresh perspective to commerce education.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive guest masterclasses for 11th standard Commerce students
Simplify core concepts in Accounts and Statistics
Connect classroom theory with practical business and real-world scenarios
Build clarity, confidence, and curiosity among students
Encourage analytical and practical thinking beyond examinations

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking only for profiles that meet one of the following criteria:

IIM Graduate
(PGP / MBA / Executive Program)
or
Current / Former Faculty at any IIM

Only candidates matching the above criteria will be considered.

Ideal Profile

Strong conceptual understanding of commerce-related subjects
Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and engaging way
Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or speaking experience preferred
Passion for working with young learners and shaping early academic journey

Engagement Format

Guest Masterclass format, not a full-time role
1–2 sessions per month, or as mutually decided
Location: DSC Public School, Dholka, Ahmedabad
On-site engagement preferred

Compensation

Final remuneration based on profile, experience, and session format
