Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Accounting Mentor who can build strong accounting fundamentals and deliver concept-driven, practical learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging classroom sessions in Financial Accounting.
• Teach accounting concepts from fundamentals to advanced financial statements.
• Cover journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, depreciation, inventories, receivables, and financial statements.
• Conduct practical problem-solving and numerical practice sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and revision material.
• Mentor students for university examinations and professional qualifications.
• Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus completion and student progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ACCA (Qualified / Affiliate / Pursuing)
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• CA Intermediate
• M.Com (Finance)
• MBA (Finance)
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Strong conceptual clarity in Financial Accounting.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify accounting concepts.
• Experience teaching ACCA, CA, or undergraduate commerce students will be preferred.
Guest Faculty Mentor – Management Accounting (MA)
📍 Location: Jaipur (VGU/PU Campus)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Management Accounting Mentor who can help students understand how accounting supports business decisions, with expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, performance management, and decision-making techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver classroom sessions in Management Accounting.
• Teach budgeting, costing techniques, variance analysis, marginal costing, CVP analysis, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrate practical business applications through case studies.
• Develop assignments, assessments, and classroom exercises.
• Guide students in analytical thinking and business decision-making.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure timely syllabus completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CMA (Qualified / Intermediate)
• ACCA (Qualified / Affiliate / Pursuing)
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• M.Com (Finance)
• MBA (Finance)
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Strong knowledge of Management Accounting concepts.
• Ability to explain business decision-making through accounting.

Guest Faculty Mentor – Financial Reporting (FR)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Financial Reporting Mentor with expertise in IFRS and financial statement preparation, who can connect accounting standards with practical corporate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver sessions on Financial Reporting and IFRS.
• Teach preparation and interpretation of financial statements.
• Explain accounting standards, disclosures, consolidation, and reporting requirements.
• Use practical corporate examples to explain reporting concepts.
• Prepare assessments, case studies, and revision material.
• Mentor students preparing for university and ACCA examinations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ACCA (Qualified / Affiliate)

Role Overview:
We are inviting applications for a Business Accounts Mentor who can strengthen students' understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping through practical and application-oriented teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver classroom sessions in Business Accounts.
• Teach accounting principles, books of accounts, rectification, bank reconciliation, partnership accounts, and company accounts.
• Conduct practical accounting exercises and problem-solving sessions.
• Prepare lecture plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Support students in improving conceptual understanding and examination readiness.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure quality teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
• B.Com / M.Com
• ACCA (Qualified / Affiliate / Pursuing)

Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Strong foundation in Business Accounts.
• Excellent classroom delivery and mentoring abilities.
• Prior experience teaching undergraduate commerce students will be preferred.

Guest Faculty Mentor – Accounting for Managers
📍 Location: Jaipur (VGU/PU Campus)
💼 Employment Type: Guest Faculty / Visiting Mentor (Part-Time)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting for Managers Mentor who can help management students understand financial information for planning, control, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging sessions in Accounting for Managers.
• Teach financial statement analysis, budgeting, cost behavior, pricing decisions, ratio analysis, and managerial decision-making.
• Use business cases and industry examples to explain accounting concepts.
• Design classroom activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor students to interpret financial information effectively.
• Work closely with the academic team to ensure timely completion of the curriculum.
