Role Description
The Guest Experience & Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end on-ground operations across multiple homestay properties to ensure seamless guest experiences and high operational standards. Responsibilities include conducting regular property inspections, auditing room changeovers, and ensuring that all stays are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.
The role requires supervising and guiding caretakers, ensuring consistency in cleaning quality and upkeep, and stepping in to resolve any gaps in operations. The Lead will also manage inventory across properties, coordinate with laundry vendors to ensure timely availability of fresh linen, and maintain optimal stock levels at both property and central storage (godown).
Additionally, the role involves interacting with guests in case of escalations, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring a positive stay experience. The candidate will coordinate with maintenance vendors for any repairs, ensure timely issue resolution, and report regularly to the Host (CEO) on operational updates, challenges, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory)
- Strong customer service and guest handling skills, with the ability to manage escalations calmly
- Proven ability to manage on-ground operations, inspections, and quality control
- Good communication skills with a focus on clarity, responsiveness, and accountability
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based role and manage multiple properties efficiently
- Basic understanding of inventory management and vendor coordination (laundry, maintenance, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive execution
- Prior experience in hospitality, homestays, hotels, or operations roles is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Hyderabad locations and local vendor ecosystem is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Operations, Business Administration, MBA, or a related field is preferred
