Guardian Tax is hiring motivated individuals for a fast-paced, performance-based sales role. You’ll be speaking with people who are actively calling in for help with IRS and tax debt issues—no cold calling or prospecting required.
What You’ll Do

Take inbound calls from potential clients seeking tax relief assistance

Have consultative conversations to understand their situation

Explain available options clearly and simply

Build trust and guide clients toward next steps

100% inbound calls (no cold calling)

15% commission on all revenue generated

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
