Inbound Sales Consultant

Guardian Tax is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our high-performance inbound sales team. This role focuses on speaking with individuals who are actively reaching out for help with IRS debt and tax relief solutions—no cold calling or prospecting required.
You’ll be responsible for guiding inbound conversations, identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, overcoming objections, and confidently closing sales.

Work Environment
This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales floor where activity never slows down. Calls are constant, momentum is strong, and success is recognized daily. The environment is competitive, but team-oriented—focused on improvement, results, and winning together.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
- Full-time, in-office position (Irvine, CA)
