Inbound Sales – Tax Relief
Guardian Tax is hiring motivated sales professionals to join a fast-paced, performance-driven team. This is a phone-based, inbound role where you’ll be speaking with individuals already looking for help with IRS debt and tax challenges—no cold calling, no chasing leads.
You’ll take inbound calls, assess each client’s situation, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and guide conversations through to a close. It’s a straightforward process with real opportunity for those who can stay focused and execute consistently.

The Environment
You’ll be working on a high-energy sales floor where calls are steady and the pace stays consistent throughout the day. Deals are happening in real time, performance is visible, and there’s a strong sense of team momentum. It’s competitive, but collaborative—people are focused on improving, producing, and hitting goals.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday per month

What We’re Looking For

At least 6 months of phone-based sales experience

Strong communication skills and confidence on calls
