Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client cases from onboarding through completion

Provide consistent communication, updates, and high-quality client support

Partner with enrolled agents and compliance teams to move cases forward

Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining client satisfaction
